I'm glad you enjoyed our doggy clip even though you are clearly a cat person:) I totally agree that we have to train our minds to look at things differently, not assume the worst in people, let go of the drama, set ourselves up to be healthy mentally with a few stategies. Ooh, that one about war is spot on! It's what I try to do but then I struggle with the passivity of it... I want to act! But I hate conflict - not in the shy-away-from-it sense, but in the way it makes life all gloomy and hateful. Keeping this phrase in mind, I'll remember to enjoy the satisfaction of not engaging in negative things.
